Who is Lucy ? Lucy is both a unique person and a symbol of the evolution of mankind. Design for Lucy is an ambitious name for our company. It suggests that the design of each tool, whether a flint stone or a web site, reflects the user's behaviors, context and goals.
Where does the name "Lucy" come from?
Archaeologists Johanson and Gray named Lucy in 1974 during the night-long celebration that followed Lucy's discovery. During the party that took place in their camp located somewhere in an Ethiopian valley, they were listening to the Beatles' song "Lucy in the sky with diamonds" again and again. The name "Lucy" remained from this special moment.
Quantitative studies Design for Lucy now offers a remote usability testing service.
Such testing may involve hundreds of participants all over the world.
